Charlotte Walsh is a small business owner who believes a body in motion is the best recipe for a lifetime of good health. She opened her community based run/walk shoe store, Charles River Running, 679 Washington Street, Norwood Center in 2012. Charlotte wanted her store to be a hub for all walkers and runners, complete with the very best in shoes, shoe-fitting, apparel and accessories. What she discovered along the way, is that her customers came to Charles River Running for more than just expert shoe fitting; they came for the community, connections and product value. Charlotte dedicates time and resources to maintaining the health and wellness of the local Norwood Center small businesses. Her mantra is, “When we work together, we all succeed!”
Charlotte was President of Friends of Norwood Center in 2020 and 2021 and led the organization through the early days of the pandemic, supporting small businesses in the Center.
