The mission of the Farmers Market is to encourage and support people to buy locally, eat healthy, and build community.

The 2026 Norwood Farmers Market will be Tuesdays (19) starting June 16 - October 20, 2026 from 2-6pm on the Norwood Town Common (580 Washington Street) in the heart of Norwood Center with ample parking and a quick walk from the Norwood Central and Norwood Depot train stations.

Please note there will be one exception on August 4, 2026, our hours will be Noon to 4pm.
Join us as local farmers and artisan merchants who bring fresh and healthy products to share with our community.

The Norwood Farmers Market was founded in 2011 with a renewed mission to get residents to buy local, eat healthy and build community. We rely on volunteers to help keep the market running smoothly every Tuesday. ​If you're passionate about the market and our mission, consider joining! There are many ways to get involved: You can help set up (between 12:30 to our opening at 2:00pm) or help breakdown (at 5:00 to 6:30).

Help at the Market-counting shoppers, handing out surveys, helping people carry things, assisting vendors, and our special events, answering questions and more.

Also, we need help with recruiting vendors, fundraising, social media, our newsletter, etc.
​Students (8th grade and up) are always welcome to volunteer & earn community service hours.
